For many of us, our laptop is our primary business tool, and if it crashes, so does our productivity. In addition to offering express repair service options, we are happy to provide our San Jose and Bay Area customers a premier notebook rental service.
How It Works
Just three easy steps:
- Drop off your notebook for repair at our Bay Area laptop repair center.
- Request the laptop rental service. We’ll provide you with a computer loaded with Microsoft Office software and internet access.
- Keep the laptop while your own is being serviced. When you return it, we’ll copy all of your work from the rental to your system and then completely delete all files from the rental.

Q: Do I have to use your laptop repair service to rent a notebook? What if I just need a system for a couple of days?
A: Yes. We only provide the rental service as a service to our Bay Area computer repair customers.
Q: What if I need software that isn’t part of the basic programs the laptop comes with?
A: Other software is available for an additional fee. We have a great selection of commonly used programs.
Q: What happens to the files I create on the rental?
A: We will automatically transfer any and all files you created to your own laptop when you pick it up. This process keeps you working and makes the transition between the two systems seamless.
Q: How do I know my files are secure?
A: We completely delete all files from every rental laptop between every customer using a highly secure process. Your security is a top priority for us.
Q: Can you transfer files from the notebook needing repair to the rental?
A: Yes, in most cases we can. There is a small fee for this service.
