Laptop Repair and Service Options

Priority Service

When tomorrow is too late, choose Priority Service.  We’ll give you and your notebook the red carpet treatment.  Walk in or call ahead (408-321-9777) for a same day appointment.  We’ll run diagnostics, give you an estimate and even perform repairs, if you wish, while you wait.  There’s no need to drive back and forth.

Our Priority Service puts your repair at the head of the line and allows you to speak directly with the notebook technician that will be performing your repairs so that he or she can get to the root of the problem as quickly as possible.  This convenient (and some would say “job-saving”) service is available at an hourly rate.  Parts are additional.

Express Service

When your laptop repair is urgent but cost is a factor, choose our Express Service.  Walk in or set a same day appointment and we will diagnose, quote and repair your notebook computer in one business day.

Drop it off today, pick it up and get back on track the next business day.  Express Service is available for a small extra charge.  Parts are additional.

Expedited Service

Choose Expedited Service when you need in-warranty notebook repair within 2-3 business days.  This service is also available for out-of-warranty repairs and will be done in 3-4 business days.

To expedite your repair we will charge you a small extra fee in addition to parts and service.

Regular Service

When your needs are less urgent, such as when you require regular maintenance or upgrades, and there’s no need to pay extra, choose our regular service.  Your laptop will receive the same experienced care from our highly trained and certified technicians that you would receive with our faster services, at no additional fee.

Most repairs are completed within 3-4 business days after we receive your approval of the estimate unless parts will require additional delivery time.

Please note that extra charges apply for these services and are non-refundable.  We will confirm that all parts are readily available from the manufacturer before offering you this service
